At Paisley House, we are committed to excellence in all that we do. The aims and ethos of our school form the foundation of our approach, ensuring that every child receives a well-rounded education that nurtures their academic success while also fostering their spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.
We believe that education extends beyond the classroom, shaping children into thoughtful, responsible, and inquisitive individuals. In particular, we place great emphasis on developing a deep understanding of the environment, encouraging pupils to explore, respect, and engage with the world around them in meaningful ways.
We very much look forward to working with you to support your child’s learning journey and to creating a warm, inspiring, and dynamic educational experience together.

At Paisley House we aim to be outstanding. The aims and ethos of the school underpin everything that we do. This includes the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of children as well as their development as successful students. We are particularly keen to develop students’ understanding of the environment. All students learn to grow food in our own garden and to understand sustainability.
We encourage children to:
speak confidently, discuss, initiate, question and explore
be independent
be self-motivated and develop a passion for learning
be open minded and sensitive to the feelings of others
and to participate in sports activities within and outside the curriculum.

Our six PAISLEY HOUSE values are actively promoted, taught and embedded throughout the school within all aspects of learning and school life.
The Values are as follows:
Community
The importance of the school as a community whilst looking outwards into our local and global community to make links,
foster understanding and provide a wider view.
Resilience
Teaching the skills to enable children to persevere and develop tenacity in life and learning.
Aspiration
Having goals and learning how to stay motivated and achieve them.
Diversity
Celebrating the diversity of faiths, languages and cultures within our school as well as locally and globally.
Happiness
Promoting good mental health and well-being as key to life and learning.
Curiosity
Encouraging the importance of acquiring new knowledge, questioning and expressing opinions.

Growth of young minds is a key principle at PAISLEY HOUSE, nurturing students to enable them to flourish into ambitious and creative young people with a firm
foundation of knowledge and skills and who are well prepared for their next educational step.
Our progressive curriculum is underpinned by our six key values of community, resilience, aspiration, diversity, happiness and curiosity. By working together
and building strong positive partnerships with parents and the wider community, we strive to develop well rounded
and responsible citizens with a distinct
awareness of society both locally and globally.
Through the element of enquiry, students will acquire knowledge and skills that are relevant and appropriate, linking with real world experiences and creating an
enjoyment of learning, an appetite to know more and an inherent capacity to learn for a successful and fulfilling life.
